At the beginning of the year, Ofgem’s charging reviews had already highlighted some important changes in the way Transmission and Distribution charges would be raised in the future.
Ofgem has now delayed the introduction on Transmission for a year and now, both charges will come into effect from 1st April 2022.
However, banding and associated costs will still be allocated this year and it is now even more imperative to put a plan in place.
