As a valued customer we wanted to update you on the steps we have taken in response to the emergence of coronavirus in the UK. At the core of our response is our determination to maintain operational resilience and a high level of service to our clients.
We have so far avoided any confirmed instances of COVID-19 amongst our people or in the immediate vicinity of our offices. However, to ensure that we both minimise the risk of infection and to ensure that we have a robust contingency plan; the Inenco Board have agreed the following steps:
- Ensured that all our people are briefed on how best to keep well, can identify symptoms and understand the best route to obtain treatment or self-isolate if required.
- Reviewed IT resilience and increased the collective agile working capability and our team’s ability to work from home if needed.
- Introduced a moratorium on all non-essential travel
- Put in place a contingency plan to prioritise our business critical services if the circumstances dictated.
Our leadership team are reviewing the impact of the spread of the virus each morning and stand ready to take further remedial action and implement to next stage of our planning should circumstances dictate.
I hope that this provides the necessary confidence that we are taking the matter with the utmost seriousness and stand ready to take the necessary steps to ensure continuity of service. We will obviously update you promptly should our local circumstances change. In the meantime, if you have any queries please do feel free to contact your Account Manager.
